Client Agreement
This Client Agreement explains the expectations, responsibilities, payment terms, and participation terms for all coaching services provided by Shred With Jo.
1. Coaching Relationship
By purchasing or participating in coaching through Shred With Jo, the client agrees to take part in a fitness coaching service that may include training guidance, accountability support, habit guidance, progress review, and general nutrition-focused support.
Coaching is intended to provide structure, support, and education. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, physiotherapy, dietetics, mental health treatment, or any other licensed healthcare service.
2. Client Responsibility
The client understands that results depend on many factors, including consistency, compliance, effort, recovery, nutrition, sleep, stress, and personal circumstances. No specific physical or performance result is guaranteed.
The client agrees to provide accurate and honest information about their health history, injuries, limitations, lifestyle, training experience, and other relevant factors so coaching can be planned responsibly.
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
The client confirms that they are voluntarily participating in physical training and related coaching services. The client understands that exercise and physical activity involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, discomfort, or other health complications.
The client should consult a qualified physician or healthcare professional before starting a new exercise, fitness, or nutrition-related program, especially if they have any medical condition, injury, pain, dizziness, chest discomfort, blood pressure concerns, or any other health issue.
4. Payment Terms
Coaching services are provided according to the selected plan and payment structure shown at the time of purchase. By proceeding with payment, the client agrees to the listed price, billing method, and subscription terms.
If the service is subscription-based, the client understands that recurring billing may continue based on the payment provider’s subscription settings until canceled according to the applicable billing terms.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the time, planning, and digital nature of coaching services, payments are generally non-refundable once coaching has started, coaching materials have been delivered, or time has been allocated.
Any refund review will be handled in accordance with the Shred With Jo Refund Policy. Clients are responsible for reviewing that policy before purchasing.
6. Communication and Check-Ins
Coaching communication may take place through email, messaging, or other agreed channels. Response times may vary depending on the service structure, working schedule, and support level of the selected coaching plan.
The client agrees to communicate respectfully, complete check-ins honestly, and participate in the coaching process in good faith.
7. No Guaranteed Results
Shred With Jo does not guarantee a specific amount of fat loss, muscle gain, performance improvement, body composition change, or timeline of results. Every client responds differently based on adherence and individual circumstances.
8. Intellectual Property
All workout plans, coaching materials, systems, guides, written content, branding, and related materials provided by Shred With Jo remain the intellectual property of Shred With Jo unless otherwise stated.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or shared with third parties without written permission.
9. Right to Refuse or End Service
Shred With Jo reserves the right to refuse, pause, or end coaching service where necessary, including but not limited to inappropriate conduct, dishonesty, repeated non-compliance, abusive behavior, or situations where the service is no longer appropriate.
10. Agreement Acknowledgment
By purchasing, booking, checking the policy agreement box, or continuing with coaching services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Client Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Refund Policy.
