1. General Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, coaching time, customized planning, and limited availability, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. No Refunds After Service Delivery Begins

Once coaching services, consultations, customized plans, onboarding, or related support have begun, refunds will not be issued except where required by applicable law.

3. Missed Calls or Appointments

If you miss a scheduled consultation, coaching call, or check-in without sufficient notice, that session may be considered used and may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

4. Subscription or Recurring Plans

If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription, you are responsible for managing cancellation before the next billing date if you do not wish to continue. Charges already processed may not be refundable.

5. Free Trial or Consultation

Free consultations or free trial offers, where available, are intended to help determine fit before committing to paid services. Once a paid service is purchased, the standard refund terms apply.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Any refund request due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually at our discretion. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of access to services, coaching materials, and future offers, where permitted by law.
